- Appointments are booked through our scheduling system (Vagaro) and are subject to availability.
- We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
5. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of injectable and aesthetic treatments, refunds are generally not available once a service has been performed.
- If you experience complications or are unsatisfied with results, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
- Product purchases may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for product returns are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Photo and Media Consent
- Before and after photos will only be taken and used with your explicit written consent.
- You may withdraw photo consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
- Photos used on our website or social media will not include identifying information unless you provide additional consent.
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive aesthetic treatments at Little Red Esthetics. Valid photo identification may be required. Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent and a parent or guardian present during treatment.
8. Referral and Ambassador Programs
- Referral credits are applied after the referred client completes their first paid appointment.
- Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
- Little Red Esthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral and ambassador programs at any time.
- Ambassador program participation is at the sole discretion of Little Red Esthetics and may be terminated at any time.
